SPRING ONIONS WITH BACON, GORGONZOLA PDO SAUCE, AND SESAME
Ingredients
8 fine spring onions
120 Gorgonzola Pdo
60 ml fresh cream
16 slices of taut bacon
Marjoram
Pepper
Sesame
Preparation
Peel the spring onions and cut off the ends. Wrap a couple of slices of bacon over each spring onion, lining the entire white part. Cook them on the grill until nicely toasted.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce with Gorgonzola Pdo.
Heat the fresh cream in a saucepan to prepare the sauce, and then add the Gorgonzola Pdo. Stir until Gorgonzola Pdo has melted. Add a few marjoram leaves and season with pepper.
Garnish the spring onions with sesame seeds and serve immediately with the Gorgonzola Pdo sauce.
