The consortium for the protection of the Gorgonzola PDO cheese participates in SIAL, the international exhibition dedicated to food that will be held in Paris from the 21st to the 25th of OCTOBER 2018.
The stand will organise tasting events aimed at enhancing the versatility and properties of the Gorgonzola PDO cheese. From Sunday 21 to Wednesday 24 October, from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm, there will be a Gorgonzola PDO and polenta tasting.
7,000 exhibitors coming from 109 countries, 160 thousand expected visitors, and 1,500 accredited journalists from all over the world: SIAL is an international event not to be missed, which lays the emphasis on future challenges and trends of the global food industry.
