Chinese noodles with Gorgonzola PDO

Ingredients

  • 200 g chinese noodles
  • 100 g Gorgonzola PDO
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ savoy cabbage
  • 1 green spring onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 table spoon rice wine
  • 1 table spoon oyster sauce
  • 200 g vegetable stock

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles following the suggestions on the package. Set to one side.
  2. Finely chop the savoy cabbage and carrot. Slice the spring onion. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  3. Heat the seed oil in a frying pan and add the eggs and spring onion.
  4. Then add the vegetables and sauté over a high flame.
  5. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
  6. Add the oyster sauce and rice wine. Stir and add the noodles.
  7. Toss the noodles and then add the chopped Gorgonzola PDO.
  8. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
