Open tortilla with spicy Gorgonzola PDO, chicken and radishes

Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 150 g spicy Gorgonzola PDO
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ onion
  • 1 lime
  • to taste coriander, pickled radish
  • to taste evo oil , salt , pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric

Preparation

  1. Pour the extra-virgin olive oil, paprika, turmeric and pepper into a bowl, stir and add the sliced chicken breast. Leave to rest in the fridge.
  2. Meanwhile, dice the spicy Gorgonzola PDO and slice the jalapeno, avocado and onion.
  3. Heat the grill and cook the chicken breast on both sides.
  4. Heat the tortilla.
  5. Shred the chicken and proceed with the composition. Place the avocado, onion, jalapeno, chicken and spicy Gorgonzola PDO on the tortilla and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pickled radishes and coriander. Serve with a lime wedge.
